38+4 and not sure what's going on

38+4 week not sure if things are starting to happen or not.. in a nutshell lost what I presume was the mucus plug over a week and for the past 3 days/nights have random period like pains accompanied with backache horrendous heartburn and extremely tired it's on and off

Your body is starting to think about delivering your baby...

Ensure your bag is ready and try and get some rest....

Any signs?
I'm 38+5 and lost my plug overnight, blood tinged. Couple of practice contractions! Hoping this is the start and doesn't last days but equally nervous!!!

Hello @AAkim nothing yet just the on off contractions all day getting impatient 😂 hopefully this is the start for you too!

Mine has all stopped apart from loose bowels, wonderful! On the ball now hoping to restart some contractions! Keep us updated, lots of luck to you!
