Would this be worth going to A+E for or would you leave it and wait and see? I have really unbearable pain in the tip of my right shoulder that has come on suddenly this afternoon and got worse. It's not a strain, it's a really sharp pain.

Pregnancy symptoms such as sore boobs and occasional naesous. Wwyd?

So glad you're okay, what a long day for you. Absolutely right to get checked Flowers

You weren't wasting time! You needed to be checked out, shoulder pain can be quite serious.
I hope you feel better soon and the pain goes Thanks

So glad you’re okay! Please never feel you’re wasting anyone’s time 💙

@ShalomToYouJackie So glad to hear it wasn't an ectopic. Do not at all feel silly for going to the hospital. Being pregnant is such unknown territory and think any of us would do the same if experiencing pain like that.
I'm sure the level of pain you experienced was much worse but I do sometimes get bad pain that spreads to my back and shoulders when I have bad acid reflux / heartburn. Hopefully it could be something as simple as that but I'd just keep an eye on it and check back with your GP if it's still there in a few days. You're not wasting anyones time. I'm very early in my first pregnancy and already know how worrying aches and pains are. Definitely better to check if something doesn't feel right xx

Not an idiot at all, utterly sensible to get checked. Don't feel that a positive outcome equates to you being a time waster. Glad all is well.

@shalom not really, I passed one clot but that was it. I wasn't even going to go to hospital but I'd recently had a miscarriage and DH insisted that I go. Lucky that he 'forced me' as I was close to rupturing and I was taken to surgery as soon as they'd scanned me.

I'm so glad that it wasn't an ectopic though OP, fingers crossed for the remainder of your pregnancy 🤞🏼

Thank you Smile MN is great! I have a scan on Wednesday when I'm exactly 6 weeks and will let you all know what happens (if you don't mind)
