37 weeks and baby feels like it's going to fall out

My first baby and the pressure is just insane! At my appointment last Wednesday midwife said I was 3/5 engaged. Is anyone else feeling this pressure?! Surely I can't have another potential 5 weeks left of pregnancy?!

I'm 35 +4 and I'm getting it too! Back spasms too as baby shuffles around to wherever he's trying to get to!
If I have to suffer another 5-7 weeks of this, I think I'll lose my shit! Plus I feel horrendously sick!

try looking at the website ‘spinning babies’ and consider trying a Move called a ‘forward leaning inversion’

It helps get baby out of your pelvis for a few moments to give you some relief, and can allow ligaments to untwist/realign a bit.

I did it a lot in the 3rd trimester last pregnancy! X

Just tried that @Gerdticker can't stay there long cus I got dizzy but it helped! 👍🏻

@lockdownpregnancy yay well done - yeah it’s a weird position! worth trying the angle a few times so it’s not so hard on your shoulders/not too dizzy! I find doing it a few times for maybe 20 seconds at a go is a big help x

I'm exactly the same as you regarding gestation and engagement. Shorting pains when baby moves and constant feeling of needing a poop (sorry tmi!!)

I'm hoping i dont see 40 weeks I'd be shocked but who knows? Been loosing my plug over the last few day so hopefully dilating too

Tmi. I'm 37 ± 2 with my second. First baby never descended and ended in emergency c. This time I said to DH I stand up and feel like I need to put my hand down as I feel like he's going to fall out. Blush
