Feeling ill and dizzy all of the time

I'm 30 weeks pregnant and for the last few weeks I've felt constantly unwell. This isn't my first pregnancy and I know each is different, I just don't remember feeling like this before.

I'm almost always dizzy, even after eating and drinking plenty and sitting down. I actually passed out a couple of times but this was when I was cooking/washing up so I guess the heat just got too much.

My entire body is in constant pain. My back and my belly especially. I cannot get remotely comfortable no matter what I try. I have braxton hicks whenever I try to do anything which is sitting still so I've also put on weight which probably doesn't help.

I'm so fed up. I have no idea how I'm going to get through the next 10 weeks. I'm always moaning and it's effecting my mental health, DHs mental health, DS and also my few friendships.

The midwife doesn't seem concerned as my 28 week blood tests have come back all ok.

Can anybody relate/have any tips I'm likely to have not tried before I just end it all 😥

I also have spd which isn't making my mobility or comfort levels any better. I went out for an hour yesterday and then cried in pain for 6 afterwards

See your GP.

What do you think a gp could do / suggest that the midwife hasn't? I'd hate to waste anyone's time

If you’re feeling unwell and passing out you need a medical review. Either obstetrics or GP. There are plenty of things that cause trouble that wouldn’t be picked up on the blood tests - although it’s most likely it’s “just” pregnancy/heat/SPD etc etc you need to see a doctor to check things out.
Hope you feel better soon.

I would also see your GP just to be sure. I had dizzy spells and they sent me up to the hospital for checks, phoning ahead for me

Thank you.

@Oly4 what was the outcome?
