Gift idea for someone with a 18 month gap? Please!

A close friend will be having her second baby when the first baby is around the 18/19 month mark. What could I buy as a gift that would make life a bit easier for her?? What items made your life easier if you had a similar age gap? As I am about to go on mat leave myself money will be a bit tight, so I can probably spend up to £50. TIA :)

@bananamuffin99 they teenagers now but my oldest 2 have a 20mth age gap. I think something nice for oldest one to play with would be a nice gift as can occupy them whilst your friend feeds the baby. Something that they can play safely with independently so she can feed baby but just talk to older child whilst they play.
