Sorry tmi.. dark spot in underwear 22 weeks. Is this blood?

Sorry for the tmi picture but just woken up to this in my pyjama bottoms.. so scared 😞 is this old blood? Also just had a bit of white thick jelly like mucus when wiping..

Could it be bleeding piles ?

I’m not sure actually it could be! I haven’t had any discomfort when having a bowel movement though, can piles cause bleeding without pain?

Not sure if this could have caused it too, went away at the weekend and me and my partner did have quite rough sex twice however this was on Saturday night..

I've had bleeding piles in the past and thought it looked like that. You could try wiping that area to see if it's still bleeding or leaves a mark on the toilet paper. It is also worth phoning your midwife for advice.

Hi OP, sounds daft but are you sure you don’t have an ingrown hair that has caught in your knicker line a bit? Same thing happened to me and I realised this is what it was especially when I wiped and there was no blood.

It does look a bit like old blood. Maybe related to having sex? May have irritated your cervix a bit. I’d speak to your midwife just to be on the safe side.
