Anyone feel sensations of heat coming from 1 part of womb?

I'm 30 weeks, and a few times recently I get the sensation of a sudden flood of warmth in one part of my belly. It's like someone has poured warm water into my womb, but in one area only.

I don't remember having this in my first pregnancy.. or have i forgotten it?!

Baby seems to be moving as normal, and lots of hiccuping, so i'm not worried, just curious!

Does anyone else have sensations like this?!

Yes I had this occasionally in the latter stages of pregnancy and my midwife said my baby had probably just had a wee?! I have no idea if she was serious or not (I know that babies do wee in the womb) and I didn’t question it as it sounded fairly plausible to me.
