20dpo and negative home test

Hi, I'm now officially 4 days late, 7 days later than my standard cycle which as been the same for as long as I can remember.
A couple days after ovulation I had a sharp pain in my left side. The day after I had brown/red discharge blood which turned into light pinky orange spotting. Before my period was due I started to have slight pink again which became a white lotion like discharge. I have experienced lower back pain and slight cramping. Also a couple days of really sore nipples and swollen areolar with a lot of pink with white lumps, the areolar has also got a lot darker. Around 14dpo I was eating and was immediately sick. Bloating has given me a big round belly which looks like a bump!
Is it possible I could be pregnant getting a negative test at 18dpo?

A lot of early pregnancy symptoms are the same as pre-menstrual symptoms so I would say it’s difficult to predict on symptoms alone. You may want to take another test to be sure either way. By now it should show on a regular test but you could also do a first response early test which shows results even before a period is due. If you continue to be late but still a negative test then maybe speak to your GP. Best of luck.
