Im not going to say morning sickness as its all the time!
I know a lot of people have it so looking for some advice.
Im only 6 weeks first pregnancy. Been feeling sick/occasionally being sick for a while yesterday morning started throwing up a lot. Know i cant really keep anything down, even struggling with fluids. I happen to already be on a medication that is sometimes used as anitsickness. The worry for me is i take alot of other meds and im unable to take them.
Trying to eat bland food, sips of water etc
im so lucky to be pregnant, im coping with some cramps etc but this is diffcuilt. any advice or people in a similar position would be great

I had the exact same thing around the same time as you, had four days in bed where I felt so ill I couldn’t move and only got up to throw up. I ended up losing about 8lbs.

The drs prescribed me cyclizine, I ended up i my taking it once. Don’t really know if it helped, but my my sickness just passed. I was really worried that meant I’d lost the baby but had a scan and all was fine I was just fortunate it was short lived.

I still get some waves of it now if I let myself get too hungry but it’s so much more manageable. Just keep doing what you’re doing, it may not be a long term thing! x

Try to keep taking sips of water and eat a small amount of something sweet regularly like haribo, sweet popcorn or chocolate. Ask your gp to prescribe you some antisickness. Pregnancy sickness support is a great source of information you can even ring them for a chat. Hope you feel better soon.

I've been prescribed cyclizine but I've had to stop taking one of my other medications. Hopefully it'll help !
