I've got a midwife appointment next week so I'll mention it then, but I keep waking up with swollen stiff hands! It's so odd!
They go down as the day goes on but I find it bizarre that I keep waking up with them

Has anyone else ever experienced this?

It’s probably carpel tunnel syndrome. I had it in pregnancy, by the end my hands looked like two inflated rubber gloves in the morning, it’s caused by fluid retention. You can buy splints which help, also try to keep your hands slightly elevated, I slept with them on a cushion. It’s an uncomfortable nuisance but the good news is once you’ve given birth it should go away, mine vanished within a day of giving birth.

Yes I get that too. Im 35 weeks and have stopped wearing rings now. I think even before pregnancy, my hands swell a tiny bit over night as I've been able to sleep with rings on.

@BarkandCheese I hadn't even thought of that and sometimes my wrists hurt too! I will try what you've suggested, thanks!
