I am on day 29 of my usually 25 day cycle and have not come on my period but I have an IUD

Hi, iv had my copper coil in for about 18/20 months..... my cycles are 24/25 days long, my period starts with spotting for a few days then a full blown heavy period for a few days..... iv had nothing at all! Iv had mild cramping for days and the feeling like I’m about to come on then nothing at all! Is there even any chance in the world that this could be pregnancy related?
