Baby in my ribs

Anything I can do to shift her?
Its so uncomfortable. Feels like I've got a foot, or elbow in my ribs!

Sorry OP I can't offer any advice as I am experiencing the same and could do with some advice on this too.

Lying on the opposite side to where she was lying was the only thing that sometimes helped. She generally moved higher over the course of the day, sitting on a ball during the day slowed her movement upwards.
We moved the TV to our spare room so I could lie down in the evening as it was too uncomfortable by then for sitting up.

Haha likewise, no advise to offer but currently on the sofa with a bit of unidentified baby jabbing me right up and under my ribs!

I have a limb wedged under my rib! Which one it is I don't know but it's not fun! I've tried lying on my side and trying the other side, walking around the lot and big fat no go! Still being beaten under the rib and diaphragm! Oh the joys! 😬😬😬
I feel your pain OP!

I had this with my first. Lying down helped but not always possible - like at work! Ha ha!

It’s awful! Fingers crossed baby finds a more comfy position for both of you!

Had another attempt at 20 week scan yesterday and found she's got her head down in my pelvis, which explains the feet in my ribs!
Luckily It's settled down a bit today!
