Has anyone given birth at Queen Elizabeth hospital woolwich? I have heard mixed reviews and my friend changed her hospital to Queen Marys sidcup but that is significantly further away from me

I am only 13.5 wks thinking bit to far ahead but gathering as much info as possible

I have birth to my Dd at the QE. I thought they were brilliant. Baby measured small from 36 weeks so they scanned her daily until I was induced at 38 weeks. It all went very fast and wasn't the smoothest birth but the midwives were great and I found the staff helpful and kind.

I am now pregnant with My second child (6 weeks) and have already chosen the QE for number two.

Hope that helps. Smile

I got transferred there as an emergency when pregnant with my twins, I ended up getting transferred out again as no space in NICU for them but they were brilliant while I was there and would highly reccomend.
