I've been reading about pelvic floor and kegel exercises for a while. I've been doing kegels with the help of an app (sporadically though) but don't know where I'm at strength-wise.
I thought I was in good shape but as I'm now 25 weeks, I've been having trouble holding pee in when I laugh or sneeze. So I caved and ordered myself a device that can measure the strength of pelvic floor. It's like blood pressure device for down there. There are bluetooth versions of these as well but this is what I could find.
Does anyone have experience using likes of these? Did it improve your condition?
