Breast eczema during pregnancy

Hello mummies, has anyone got a good remedy for nipple eczema? I am currently pregnant and having it on both my breasts, and it's driving me crazy! Currently using aloe vera gel mixed with pure Shea butter to keep it moist, but the eczema scabs are always sticking to my bra shirt and it's so painful😞 Been to a GP and she prescribed me Bactroban but I am not too sure if by using it, will it make the eczema worse? And while using Bactroban twice a day, should I still continue to use aloe vera gel in between? Have tried so many other nipple/breastfeeding balm but they just made it worse. Does anyone have good remedies???

I feel your pain! My eczema has flared up really badly since hitting the second trimester and I sometimes feel like I'm going to scratch my nipples off!
What does seem to be working is reusable cotton/breast pads (bought on ebay. Breast pads are better I find as they are larger) with lots of very thick moisturiser on (I use Epaderm but even vaseline could work I bet). Pop inside bra and they stay mositurised all day. Can get a bit messy if they slip out though!
Pads are nice and soft so don't irritate nipples or catch scabs.

I haven’t got this on my breasts, but I have got eczema on my hands and feet that has only appeared since being pregnant!
After researching online I ordered some Aveeno cream for eczema and honestly it’s been a godsend! I hadn’t slept for 3 nights because the itching was waking me up and it’s practically gone now 😊. It’s a moisturiser so I assume it will be safe for breast use?
