Pregnant on the mini pill?! Help!

I've only been with my boyfriend two months... known him for years. The relationship is amazing. He has two children from previous and is an amazing dad and I have a son too.

Anyway, I've been taking the mini pill religiously, haven't missed any at all. I usually get a bleed on it... but I hadn't this month. I had a spare test and I've just done it to give me peace of mind. And well. I'm pregnant.

How could this have happened?! I have the mini pill where it gives you 12 hours but I have always taken it at the same time in the evening.

My son was not planned and I've always said I'd like my next to be planned. I know that's obviously not always the case!!

Yet to tell my boyfriend. I'm freaking out. I'm afraid his parents will think I've trapped him or something!!

You’re not the only one.
I had a miscarriage early June so decided once I had stopped bleeding I would go back on the mini pill (I stopped it in Feb due to mental health reasons).
I was taking it for just over a month and I’m now 5+1....no idea how!
My sister in law was also on the combined pill and fell pregnant too.
I think it’s quite common because I’ve read on here that it’s happened to quite a lot of women.
It’s fate we have fallen pregnant...these babies were obviously meant to be.
