so on friday i went to the beach forgot to apply sun cream as i didn't think i would get sun burn but i did. i'm bright red and my whole body is sun burnt and my whole legs and feet are badly swollen to the point i can't walk , it's now monday 3 days later and the sun burn is still there and my feet are still swollen and legs, i cannot wall at all. i don't know if it's even worth going to the hospital as where i am we're still in lock down. any advice. i know it's my fault for not applying sun cream 😊👍🏼

I'd soak your legs in an ice bath to try and bring the swelling down. I'd than soak some towels in cold water and wrap them round your legs and put the fan on.
Also get yourself some aloe Vera and put that everywhere where you are burnt.
If it's still that bad that you can't walk, I'd get yourself to a&e

This happened to me a good few years ago. I found taking an antihistamine took down the swelling .

Oh god that sounds awful. Skin in pregnancy is more sensitive. Can you call GP in the morning?
