Want baby but hating every minute of pregnancy...?

I'm feeling like this. Please tell me I'm not alone with all the nausea and rib pain I can't cope. We really want this baby and I've had a miscarriage prior to this. But does it get easier. The nausea is killing me. I'm 10 weeks today. Just want to have a big cry because it's hard and I thought it would be easy. It's my second child btw and third pregnancy.

I completely sympathise! I’m 26 weeks and expecting my second child and I can’t wait for it to end! My morning sickness tailed off about 11 weeks so I hope yours passes soon.

27 weeks with my second here. I hate pregnancy. It’s a means to and end for me!

I’m 36 weeks with my 3rd.

Each pregnancy very much wanted but each and every second of each pregnancy was HATED. It’s the worst thing in the world and they have been the hardest, most stressful times of my life.

I hope things get easier for you x

I’m the same at 32 weeks, this is my first pregnancy so unsure how much the Covid situation has impacted my experience but definitely not been one of these women who love pregnancy (the only exception being when I feel her move, which is amazing)

I hear you. Third baby for me and each pregnancy has been progressively worse. I'm not one of these women who glows and sails through- it is a huge slog and a very painful and anxious time for me

Me too!!! Glad I'm not the only one feeling this, I wish could just skip the whole pregnancy process!! I feel so guilty but I keep asking 'why I'm doing this' as I feel so crap!!! Sad
My SIL has just had her 2nd baby and LOVED being pregnant!! I just can't see me being the same way!

If I could skip the pregnancy (and the birth bit) and just magic my babies here, I’d have ten children 😂

10 weeks is often peak morning sickness so fingers crossed you will be over the worst soon.

NeuroMama · 05/08/2020 15:54

If I could skip pregnancy and just get the baby I would be over joyed! First 1/3 of pregnancy was torture, the next third was tolerable and now into the home stretch and so glad this is nearly over! I don't even feel like I've had it that bad, but I can not fathom loving pregnancy. It is a means to an end for me.
