Swollen ankles / 12 weeks pregnant

Hello ladies , as mentioned I have 2 swollen ankles / feet.
There painful because of my plantar fasciitis condition I have in both feet. Other than that , both ankles feel "watery"
My fingers have also swollen a little too , I've had to take off my engagement ring to try to ease swelling.

I know this is a sign in later stages of pregnancy but should it be happening at 12 weeks ?

I wouldn't want to bother my midwife with this , especially as I have a scan tomorrow & could just ask her then

It's probably worth checking with your midwife - it could just be caused by the warmer weather, I had to take my rings off the last few nights because I was all hot and puffy!
