Pre-Eclampsia without high blood pressure or protein

Hi.

I'm 29+2 with my first baby and I have a heartbeat check up with my little boy today as he has an ectopic heartbeat which just requires a listen in every week until he grows out of it.

Today I said how I had been experiencing the worst headaches since Thursday and sometimes is with disturbed vision, I have also on the occasion had stomach pain high up causing me to be sick and also sometimes just feel sick. She took some urgent bloods and sent me down to the hospital with them to be checked as my blood pressure and urine came back within normal range. Has anyone else experienced this?

That's so weird.. did all come back okay? Headaches could be hormonal sore tummy could be an infection or growing pains. I get disturbed vision also but it's because it fluctuates.
