Can anyone help me am over 5 weeks pregnant I started bleeding at 5weeks no pain no cramps nothing just bleeding went for a scan they seem the sack my hcg levels came back at 375 and 2days later they dropped a little bit nurse said could be a miscarriage I've stopped bleeding for 4 5 days now took test yesterday and came back positive anyone can give me advice please
