My family/friends have made a few negative comments on our names. I'm struggling to find names I love. Our list is:

Rex
Thomas
Jay
James
Jace
And Kane

I have Millie 7 and Jack 9 already

rex is my favourite! wouldnt worry what friends and family think - it's not their child and I actually think its really quite rude to say negative things about parents name choice

I have a Jack & a Thomas so may be biased Grin.

My DD isn’t called Millie though - although I do like the name!

I have a James Thomas so I'd say they are the best on the list.

I do agree though with waiting now until baby is here to make a final choice. I was sure my second would be Eleanor if she was a girl (didn't know that she was a she in advance) when she was born she just didn't look like an Eleanor.

We know a Rex and I was a bit Hmm to start with but it totally suits him now. If I was rude enough to have given an opinion at the time it may have put the parents off but luckily I knew to keep my gob shut.

I think Thomas is a lovely name and goes well with Jack and Millie. I also like James (nn could be Jay if you wanted) but would personally avoid siblings with the same initial. Jay and Jace are too nicknamey for me and I'm not a fan of Rex

Jack and James are basically the same name.

Also, Kane reminds me of the wrestler Blush yes, I used to watch WWE in my younger days. I'd assume you were a wrestling fan
