Collarbone pain 19+3 any advice please!

Hi guys, im 19+3 and today my collarbones are killing me! Everytime i try to take a deep breath in its painful and i feel i cant. Just wondered if anyones experienced the same?

I did have this towards the end of my last pregnancy, I never knew what it was but it disappeared after DD was born. I am now 23 weeks pregnant and luckily I haven't experienced it yet!

Interested to know if anyone knows what causes the pain.
