Has anyone noticed a difference in energy levels after taking vitamins?

I’m 4 weeks pregnant and although it was a planned pregnancy, I didn’t expect it to happen as quickly as it did and hadn’t started taking vitamins etc. I’ve got some pregnancy vitamins now but I’m just wondering if anyone had noticed a difference after taking them?

I'm not sure what you mean but for me nauseu started but not sure if it's coincidental or not but it has just tailed off now, I'm not sick when I'm hungry now.

Sorry I just meant in terms of feeling less tired etc, I’m yet to feel nauseous but I’m hoping after a week or so of vitamins my energy levels pick up

Every pregnancy is different, my experience has been that I only feel relief from nauseu after 12 weeks seeing as this is my 2nd pregnancy , you might be one of the lucky ones without any pregnancy pains. It usually starts around 8 weeks. I pray it's a boy this this time to balance out my family, but a healthy baby will do.

I personally felt exhausted when I was pre 12 weeks. I’d been taking all the vits for a good few months. So didn’t think they helped with energy.
But try and eat lots of iron boosting foods (if you can stomach it!!) and sleep as much as you can xx
