Worried about having taken decongestant

I just found out I am pregnant a few days ago. The week before, I had taken 2-3 sachets of Lempsip, which turns out contain the decongestant phenylephrine. I am very worried now that I have done something that may harm the baby. Has anyone done something like this and still had a normal pregnancy?

Hi op, congratulations! It's not quite the same but I was using the sudafed/otravine nasal spray (quite a lot too) until around 5ish weeks when I realised I shouldn't be.. Panicked big time. Had my scan last week and all perfect, measured 12+6 (exactly the dates I thought) now 14 weeks.. from what I read its more of an issue once the placenta takes over and things can pass between you and baby (may be wrong).. Obviously I've not used any since even when I've had a blocked nose!

Thanks Pol96! Congrats on everything looking fine :) It makes me feel better... I would have been 3-4 weeks when I took the Lemsip... Hopefully all works out fine...
