Placenta 1cm away cervix at 32 week scan, chances of moving?

Had my 32 week scan today as at 20 week scan placenta was low lying.
Had an internal today and placenta is 1cm away from cervix which is still too close for a natural birth.
Have an appointment with consultant next week and will also be getting another scan ( not sure when, to check if it’s moved)
Has anyone else had placenta so close at 32 weeks and had it move further away from cervix?
Baby was also breech today so another factor in whether I get c section.
