10 weeks - mild ache in lower abdomen and fawn-coloured discharge

I know that no-one has a crystal ball but any reassuring stories very welcome.

I'm 10 + 1 today. The last few days I've had a 'fawn/taupe' coloured discharge when I wipe. It's got a bit more increased today, but nothing on underwear. I also have a dragging/aching sensation in my uterus. All I can describe it is it's as if I'm suddenly hyper aware of my uterus and can somehow 'feel' it in my abdomen, in an aching sort of way.

I have a scan tomorrow evening as part of the Harmony test. Scans at 6 weeks and 8 weeks both showed a good heartbeat. But I'm so worried - I never had any spotting at all with my first pregnancy and seeing the discharge is just freaking me out. I know that nothing I can do will have any impact either way on what happens with the pregnancy. But if anyone has experienced anything similar and can reassure me, that would be great!
