So this is my 2nd baby, but I've not had this with my 1st so I'm quite concerned (but then again I am a paranoid person overall) I'm almost 12 weeks pregnant .. But since week 5/6, I've suffered every day with severe lower back pains almost like period pains but worse, they sometimes tend to go to my lower stomach too .. And shortly after the pains, I get really bad diarrhoea (sorry if tmi 🤢) I do have days when I don't have it , but it is most days and the back pains are awful. I know back pain is common in pregnancy but is all this? At least just to put my mind at ease, I had a very bad pregnancy with my 1st , nearly lost her a few times so anything and everything paranoia me now .. X

If in doubt, call your midwife. I assume you’ve had your booking appointment, so there should be a number on your notes or appointment schedule to call the midwife centre.
