For me they're like really sharp, shooting pains in my bump and groin area....sometimes it's like I'm being stabbed and they come out of nowhere.

Braxton hicks are a tightening of my whole belly then a wave of pain that starts in one side of my.lower back and goes around to my pelvic area and top of my thigh.

Both come without warning.

When I think I've experienced round ligament pain (as I dont know for sure it is that), it feels like a sharp stabbing pain at the bottom side of my belly, so either the left side or the right side of the bottom of my belly. It's definitely in the belly area, not the hip or back area. Although I have had back pain as well.

A really sharp stabbing pain either side of my tummy (not both sides at once). Usually makes me double over with the pain but passes quite quickly.

How far along are you? Could be SPD?

Sharp stabbing stitch like pain in between bump and groin. Usually happened when getting up (off the sofa and out of the car were the worst). It happened most between 7 and 20 weeks and would last about 15-30 seconds each time.

Really sharp stabbing pain in stomach area, kinda felt like something was being stretched quickly and was going to snap.
