Burning pain side of heel

I'm 24 weeks pregnant and over the last couple of days have woken up with a burning pain on the side of my left heel...it's only there after waking up and eases up a while after I get up and moving

Has anyone else experienced this?

I had this and the pain would only stop if I slept in a chair with my foot on the floor, I found it was only after busy days, I took it as my body telling me to slow down, and I started wearing trainers instead of ballet pumps so my heels were cushioned!
