Cramps and spotting - should I be worried ? First positive ...

Hi,

I found out I am pregnant on friday. I was suprised as i had PMS type cramps in the week leading up to it and friday was the first day of my missed period. The cramps (relatively light) have continued until today, and on Sunday AM i had a few small spots of pinky discharge really in my knickers (sorry to be graphic). I have had nothing since, apart from yesterday morning one pink spot again.

Has anyone else experienced this at this point and all has been well? I am worried something is not right? I have a Dr's appointment tomorrow, but i am just wondering about everyone elses experiences are and if anyone else felt constant belly ache/cramping this early on?

I am 12+6 but have bleeding and spotting and cramps for the last week! It is very scary. I had a scan today and all was fine.

Maybe you are having implantation spotting? Also, I think I'm right in saying that you can get spotting around the time you would have had a period.

Cramping is quite normal as everything is stretching down there.

I have had little cramps the entire time since before my period was due and they are still going now... still waiting to speak to a doctor for the first time so hoping it’s nothing but it’s. So hard not to worry! X

I had spotting and cramps at 6/7 weeks.
Because the cramps were worse on one side I was given an early scan. I was terrified but Everything was fine. Currently boobing 4 month old DS to sleep as I type this xx
