So I'm not sure if this is actually where I'm feeling it but it feels like pokey/scratchy smear uncomfortable from the inside out tho!! I'm 31 wks so not near delivery.

Baby is breech and placenta is covering so I'm not really sure what those pains are baby feels super heavy when walking or anything so I wonder if I've just overdone it recently and it's sitting on a nerve or something.

I am 33+4 and have been having these kind of pain as well for the last couple of days, my baby isn’t breach though.
I am also having light period pain, not sure if its all related...but baby seems to be moving normally so I am not worried, but would love to hear if anyone has any answer for this?

Ohhhh yes, the fanny poker. Super common! I've seen it referenced on here lots over the years. Just another one of the many freaky ways your body responds to pregnancy, that no one warns you about

Could be pgp- pelvic girdle pain. Had consultant appointment today (29wk+3) and mentioned the pains ive been having. I got a fancy leaflet.
He was saying when the pregnancy hormones kick in to loosen up ligaments towards last few months of pregnancy, if you have particularly high progesterone it can cause pains in the pubic/pelvic/hip/back regions which will vary in area, pain and intensity across women, some say it's period like, some say it's like been hit by a bus. So it's a mix of ligament stuff and some joints where the bones may meet because of that. So if youre in the 3rd trimester it's likely x

My DD used to kick me in the cervix before she turned, I was sooooo relieved when she went head down at about 32 weeks because I was utterly sick of being kicked there! Mind you, she then started kicking me up under the ribs and making me vomit sometimes..... but I didn’t have placenta covering it, so not sure if that would mean you wouldn’t feel it.

Ugh, pregnancy fanny daggers. Normal and horrible.

Kb12 · 13/07/2020 21:42

Fanny daggers. I had them too

MissyPG · 13/07/2020 21:43

Totally normal in later stages of pregnancy I’m afraid, happened with both of mine 😣
