Baby carrier recommendations for plus size ladies

Anyone have any recommendations for a baby carrier that will fit a size 20/22?

I'm an 18-20, and bought an ergobaby 360 from a friend who is larger than me (I'd guess she's a 20-22). I haven't used it yet (due next month), but she couldn't say enough good things about it. Her DH also used it regularly and he's a big guy - tall and heavy set.
