Loss of symptoms

Hi, I'm around the 5 week mark so I'm still very early, but over the last couple days I've noticed my symptoms have faded slightly and now I'm worried.
I had a miscarriage in April, and I also lost my symptoms back then too.

The only difference between the two was in the last miscarriage I had spotting on and off since week 4 and eventually turned into a flow. This pregnancy I've had no spotting/bleeding whatsoever which gives me a little hope. I've also got no cramps or any pain in that area.

Is it normal for symptoms to just disappear sometimes? Sounds bad but I hope they come back with a vengeance haha

@Sho2207 this is me at 9 weeks & I've been told this is totally normal

I don't have morning sickness every day , I can go 2 days without no sickness at all but then it will return with a vengeance
Some days I have excruciating pains in my boobs , & the next day they'll be less painful
When I was around 6 weeks , I did not have any symptoms for around 5 day's. It was a blessing at first considering how painful & how much they affected me at work but I did worry after 3 day's.

I spoke to my midwife who said this can happen. She didn't explain why , but did say lifestyle factors can play a part such as stress etc

In those early weeks I had loss of symptoms every few days and everything was fine! One day I'd feel normal and then next the symptoms would be back.
Was such a worrying time though as I'd also had 2 miscarriages previously !
I kept note in an app what symptoms I had on what days and when they disappeared and came back so I could tell myself that this happened before and everything was okay. X

Thank you for the reassurance! It's nice to know this happens to others as well, makes me feel less worried. My partner seems to think this is our time and I really hope he's right. I've got a very early scan next Tuesday where I should be around the 6 week mark, also the day before my birthday so hoping for a nice birthday present ☺️ and one around the 8 week to make sure everything is progressing nicely.

That's a good idea for taking note of symptoms each day, I'm gonna start doing that as of today ☺️ just gonna try enjoy the fact I'm not suffering as of yet.
