34 weeks leg cramps and dizzy?

Morning, I am currently 34 weeks, I have had various issues throughout the pregnancy HG with multiple admissions for fluids, hyperthyroidism, reduced movements (monitored and baby seemed ok but now receiving growth scans as she’s measuring small).

Over the last 24 hours I have suddenly started getting pins and needles in my feet, tingling hands and during the night 3 episodes of awful cramp in one of my legs which made me jump out of bed. Yesterday I had some dizzy spells too. Has anyone experienced this?
I am reluctant to phone triage (“hi, yes it’s me again 🙈😂) and as it’s the weekend I can’t call my community midwife. I don’t feel unwell. Although still vomiting but I’m putting that down to Hg.
Thanks

Do you have any swelling OP?

With the symptoms you describe I think it would be safer to call triage.

They really won't mind you calling whether it's your first call or your hundredth!

I’d ring triage tbh - just to get some reassurance. It’s the safest approach and if they are concerned they will call you in to check.

I remember having horrible night leg cramps during pregnancy and was told that these are common. The dizziness could be a blood pressure issue, dehydration or anything else. Please call them, even if you are feeling ok. My sil is a gp and always says she’d rather check 100 patients who were concerned but turn out to be fine rather than think there is one who is worried but reluctant to seek advice as they don’t want to “waste her time”

Thanks, I called and spoke with a midwife, she wasn’t concerned as I have no swelling. She suggesting calling my GP on Monday.
Thanks for your replies.

Pleased you rang up for some advice OP. I'm 35+2 and I've been having a nightmare with my hands and feet for a couple of weeks now. My finger and toe joints hurt and I get numbness and pins and needles.
I think my hands are carpal tunnel syndrome which is common in the third trimester. Not sure about my feet.

Could the leg cramps at night be restless leg syndrome? That's also common in pregnancy.

I get dizzy spells too but had them throughout pregnancy and my BP is fine. If it's come on suddenly then I'd definitely call your GP just to get that checked.
