Tugging cramps and nausea for 4/5 days straight, normal?

On cycle day 30 and looking to test either tomorrow or Saturday after some BFN.
Cycle is irregular, like 24-32, feels like it could be AF but its not that kind of cramping, it feels like a tight belt being pulled and I get waves of feeling really sick and dizzy

Just wondering if this is just pregnant or PMS behaviour or something i need to concern the doctors with

Could be either pregnancy or pms. My symptoms were exactly the same and up until about 6 weeks, i just constantly felt like AF was about to arrive at any second!

@Gingerandjasmine it was pregnancy...I'm now 35 weeks!
I didn't believe it until I got a BFP around 5 weeks then the pregnancy symptoms hit me full on about 6 weeks.

Ill be testing tomrorow then in another couple of days if AF doesn't turn up

I have currently got brown spotting (still cramping) has a bit of red... might AF time but will do a test today still
