I didn't really know where to put this so sorry if this thread is incorrect. My bmi is 33 and I really do want to lose weight, I'm 11 weeks pregnant and was thinking of walking everyday around half an hour and then swimming when it reopens and is safe and eating healthy, I will admit I've had more takeaways then I'd like to say because I've been so tired and what not but I am back feeling my normalish self, I would ideally like to go to a bmi of 29 whilst pregnant - would this harm the baby in anyway? (I know it's still overweight at 29 but I want to be as realistic as I can)
