Struggling to eat

Hi all! 28 wks +4 and this past week I'm at the point where I can't eat proper meals anymore.
I literally feel like shit after every meal!
I've read on my apps that little and often is better cus everything (organs) is getting more and more squashed.
Anyone else like this?
I've absolutely cruised through my pregnancy until now and now since last week, I'm just starting to feel like death! I think I've been too smug up until now and karma has come to bite me in the ass!
I think I'm going to have an evil next 12 weeks! 😭😭😭

I am the same. Think its v common in 3rd trimester because as you say your organs are getting more squished, including your stomach. I often have salad with something like an asparagus parcel, or 1 chicken kiev, or a fish cake. Feel like I'm going to burst if I have big main meals anymore!

@UrsulaSings glad I'm not the only one! I love my food, so little and often is clearly looking like the way forward for the rest of my pregnancy.

I'm 27 weeks and the same, I'm also more hungry in the mornings than the evening. Ita hard to not snack on easy unhealthy things though so I need to watch that. Or I was thinking I could split a main meal in two then warm it up if I get hungry?

Not a bad idea @Indigogirl88 maybe something like a pasta dish or something that you can split into tubs and eat small portions as and when?
I might have to stock up on my Tupperware! 😁
