Has anyone got pregnant after medical miscarriage (misoprostol) before even having a period (

Hello Everyone,
I had a medical miscarriage with mifepristone and misoprostol at 10 weeks. The heart of my baby stopped at 6 weeks 5 days and completely stopped growing... The doctors suggest I should not try at least until I get my first period but I have find out fertility increases after miscarriage. Has anyone managed to get pregnant right after medical miscarriage? I am worried for all the drugs in my system... but if you get pregnant after misprostol what day you have tried? Did you use any supplements, iron, folic acid, etc.? all the bests

So I had medical management of a missed miscarriage on the 28th of May. I was supposed to be 10/11 weeks but heartbeat stopped at 9 weeks.

I found out last week I'm pregnant again with no period. I wasn't still taking vitamins but the started again. The only trouble is now I dont know excactly how far along as ive no period to date it from and dont know when I ovualted

Hi @littleangle46 I didnt get pregnant straight after medical management- it took me two cycles.
I am now 22 weeks pregnant with my rainbow 🌈

I was advised I could begin trying again after I had had a negative pregnancy test (about a week after taking medical management and losing the baby fully). So that's when we started trying. I started taking folic acid from then on.

Please don't be discouraged if it doesn't happen straight away, they do say you are more fertile up to 6 months after losing a baby...
I was heartbroken when I got my first period but luckily I got pregnant after only 2 periods and I'm not over half way through my pregnancy xx

@LittleGem638 thank you . I still have small spottings today is one week from the final dose of medical management. I will try as long as I can... I just hope.
