Pregnancy Hormones - Anyone else super emotional?

I'm nearly 18 weeks pregnant and i've had spells of crying for a day or so, then fine... but in past two weeks crying over everything.

I'm so emotional and sensitive... I sit there and sometimes i don't even know why i'm crying....

If my husband looks at me the wrong way, or someone doesn't reply to an important message, or if i see something on tv thats sad....

Can anyone relate? How do you cope with this? I'm starting to feel a bit drained by it all!

in my experience, it doesnt stop! I'm 35 weeks tonorrow and have been a blubbering, stroppy, hormonal mess for a good chunk of this pregnancy.
Luckily, I have a very understanding OH as he seems to get the brunt of it, bless him.

My first trimester I cried ALL THE TIME!!!
Even now (28 weeks) I always cry at the Pampers advert. Cried when I came home from MW apt yesterday.
My first trimester I cried over the most trivial things!
Unfortunately the wonderful world of pregnancy hormones will continue throughout most of your pregnancy.
Mine seemed to die down in my second trimester but now I'm into my third they are back with a vengeance!
Just gotta roll with it I'm afraid and prepare your partner for it too! Mine literally didn't know what to do with me for the first 12 weeks! 😭😭😭🤣🤣🤣

I cry when the fairy liquid advert with the cartoon baby in the nappy comes on.

I cried earlier because a neighbour was cooking their dinner and it smelt so good and I wanted it. But I didn't know who it was because we live in one apartment in a block of 3 apartments. I'd be knocking on almost 400 doors to find out who was making the delicious smell. These hormones are crazy, you're not alone
