Almost 9 weeks pregnant and sickness has stopped

Hey guys,
So I'm almost 9 weeks pregnant and I was so ill last week sick constantly & I had to call hospital as I was that sick couldn't keep any food or drink down, anyways yesterday morning I was sick once but today I just feel normal.
I had sore breasts aswell but that's gone away also. I'm so paranoid I had a miscarriage in March this year.
I had an early scan at what I thought I was 8 weeks but baby was only measuring 6.5 weeks I did see heartbeat but I'm still paranoid with my symptoms going away. I still feel a little tired but not much.

Should I be worried? Or is this normal? I've got 2 girls already and I was so ill throughout the whole pregnancies that I'm just comparing it to them both.

I think it is normal around this stage, as the placenta takes over the the production of the pregnancy hormones and sustaining the baby so starts to lessen the impact on your body. X

My symptoms disappeared at 9 weeks, then came back with vengeance at 10 weeks. There’s been quite a few threads over the last few months of others reporting the same thing around the 9 week mark, so it appears to be fairly common.
