Looks more positive than my first positive! Hope that's what you want Smile congratulations!

winterchills · 06/07/2020 20:12

I can definitely see a line!

Mumof2crazies · 06/07/2020 20:16

Its a complete shock wasnt planned but believe everything happens for a reason.

I wouldn't peg that as positive. How late are you?
I do hope you get the result you want.

Mumof2crazies · 06/07/2020 20:25

I am 1 week late.

Mumof2crazies · 06/07/2020 20:27

@gamerchick can i ask why you wouldnt take it as positive just out of curiosity?

OP posts:
Mumof2crazies · 06/07/2020 21:12

Someone has just told me it could be a false positive

If you're a week late then take another test. It shouldn't leave room for doubt.

Good luck. Everything crossed for the one you want.

Pumpertrumper · 06/07/2020 21:22

I’ve had these tests from Sainsburys.
I want to say it looks positive but I’ve currently got one say in my bathroom bin that looks just like this whilst every other brand (several FREP brands) are BFN’s!

I would be very cautious with these tests I find them unreliable.

peachgreen · 06/07/2020 21:24

At a week late I'd expect a line to be darker - definitely confirm with another test.

Mumof2crazies · 06/07/2020 21:58

I think it could have been darker if it was done 1st thing in the morning. I have being going to toilet all day so that could be a possible reason. It was actually my partner who bought it. He had a funny feeling I was pregnant which he has had previously with my other 2 pregnancies

Get a pink dye test OP and try with FMU.
FRER is best but the ones from the coop seem quite good too.

Mumof2crazies · 06/07/2020 23:23

I think i will try and wait another day or two and buy a pink dye test or a digital

Hi @Mumof2crazies
I did a test this morning which I think is the same one as the one you used (look the same) and I got a faint positive. But apparently they’re notoriously known for giving false positives.
I really do hope mines positive but I’m going to retest in the morning.
What do you think? X

VICCRAZY · 07/07/2020 19:48

@Chicken123 it looks the same as mine. Yes i have been told blue dye test are terrible to try and read. I would definitely get a pink dye and re test again. Have my finger crossed for your bfp xxxx

Mumof2crazies · 07/07/2020 19:51

@Chicken123 the line on yours look a lot thicker than mine did but I agree with viccrazy definitely get a pink dye test. Wish i had off looked at the posts about blue dye test especially tesco and sainsbury's brand they seem to never be correct

@Mumof2crazies @VICCRAZY
When I was pregnant the end of May, I used the blue dye CB tests which were absolutely fine and picked up the pregnancy. I just didn’t know if it was ALL blue dye tests that are crappy or just the supermarket ones x
