Ovarian cyst? Ectopic? Firbroids ? 5 weeks pregnant

Hi,
I'm really just looking for solidarity and any other experiences which sound similar!
I am 5 weeks pregnant having had a MMC in April. I have one DD who is 21 months. I have been getting increasingly strong lines on pregnancy tests.
On Saturday I had a painful stitch like pain in my lower right abdomen. It wasn't crippling but hurt when I stood up or moved. I immediately freaked out and thought ectopic. It had gone by Sunday am but by mid-morning it had begun to come back. I called 111 who said if it got worse to go to A and E. So this afternoon as it was no better and I am still really worried about it I went.
They took my urine and found positive levels of blood, ketones and leukocytes but seemed unworried about this and haven't given me antibiotics because they said I had no symptoms other than the pain. I did question this but it was shut down fairly quickly (something to be worried about?) So they have now referred me for a scan (I have to call to book tomorrow am.
The pain is still here and is worse when I have been sitting a while and I get up. It's not that bad - feels like strong ovulation pain I guess. My left leg also feels a bit achy and I have had a bit of lower back pain.
I have PCOS and ubterine firbroids which caused all sorts of drama in my first pregnancy.
Any one experienced anything similar? I'm preparing myself for the worst 😔
Xx

I had pain and bleeding at 6 weeks and was scanned at the EPAU for suspected ectopic. It turned out to be a burst ovarian cyst which didn't affect the pregnancy, DS is 8 months now and currently snoring like a mini hippo! Fingers crossed it's something similar for you. 🍀

Did you manage to get a scan booked?

Hi, thank you for checking 😊 I have one booked for tomorrow morning - pain has gone! I'm really hoping that's a good sign! 🤞🤞
