Could I be expecting twins please can someone help me ?

Hi I’m new to this
I have a son who is now 17 and I also suffered from eptopic Straight after him and there after decided I didn’t wanna have any more children that is till now
We started trying only couple months back and I had a positive pregnancy test Less than 2 weeks after ovulation and 1 day after my missed period showed up as 1-2 weeks pregnant (sun 28th June)
As I have previously different an eptopic many years ago doctor wanted to rule the possibility out So booked me in for an early scan on Friday 3rd July, he asked me to perform another pregnancy test just to be 100% sure which I did and now it showed up as 3+ weeks pregnant
So in a matter of 4 days I went from being 1-2weeks too 3+ weeks totally missed out 2-3weeks and I couldn’t be that far gone !!!
I read somewhere a high hcg reading can mean multiple births I just want someone that may of experiences a twin pregnancy to maybe she’s some light on this matter
I have no pregnancy symptoms yet besides feeling tired and some spotting which I have been told is normal in early pregnancy it doesn’t come with any pain
And for anyone that’s wondering I had my ultrasound and thankfully the baby sac was in uterus but it was way toooo early too see the yolk sac I was asked to come back on 20th July for another ultrasound

I’m 8wks+1 pregnant with twins. I initially had very few symptoms I initially had very few symptoms until about 5 1/2 weeks when extreme morning sickness started. I went for a private ultrasound at I went for a private ultrasound at 6wks+6 and they couldn’t really see anything on an ultrasound but I didn’t have a full bladder as I couldn’t keep any liquid down. They did a transvaginal scan which very clearly showed twins.

I am now passing brown discharge and not sure if it is just old blood or if it’s start if a miscarriage Doctor has advised me that it could be either but as they have already ruled out eptopic only do go A&E if I’m bleeding heavier than a normal period or have severe pain, currently I don’t have have either so need to hold and pray !
Did you experience brown discharge at all ?
