Small fetus and hyperechogenic bowel

o, I had my 20 weeks scan at 21 weeks pregnant. Baby had a short femur, which apparently is a soft marker for downs syndrome. So, my local hospital sent me to another hospital a little while away, as my hospital doesnt have a fetal medicine unit.

So I get to the other hospital the next day, and they believe he's doesnt have downs syndrome. BUT we then cross another road, I have quite a few placental lakes, but then we've fount that I'm internally bleeding. Which baby is obviously drinking, and that's what's caused a hyperechogenic bowel where he's drinking all my blood. They've then measured him all up and he's really small. He's between the 10th and 1st centile.

I forgot to mention, my stomach is so sore, it hurts to move and just in general feels very sensitive and crampy.

I was wondering whether this has happened to anyone before and have an advice?
Or how did your pregnancy and birth go.

Sorry, I'm so worried x
