After how many days of loss of symptoms should I start to worry?

I’m currently 8+2, saw a heartbeat at 7+1 but I’m on day three of loss of all symptoms.
Up until Wednesday I’ve been suffering from 24/7 nausea, horrendously painful boobs and constant headaches. All of that has now gone, I can lay on my front when before it hurt my boobs to even lay on my side, no nausea and headaches have cleared up.
On Wednesday I had a crippling migraine and I’m worried the blood pressure surrounding that has done damage Sad

Loss of symptoms means nothing. I've had barely any symptoms through my pregnancy and I'm now 38 weeks. Symptoms just come and go.

My symptoms came and went all through the first 13 weeks. Try not to worry if you can. If you saw a heartbeat that's a really good sign :)

Mine came and went - I didn’t need any any kind of sickness until after 9 weeks. The only thing I felt was extremely tired

I had nausea (was sick only a couple of times), sore boobs and tiredness until about 7 weeks and then they all literally disappeared overnight and haven't had them back since (well except for the tiredness 😴) , I'm now 34 weeks.

I think you expect to have symptoms up until around 12 weeks and if that doesn't happen then you panic but I think it's completely normal for symptoms to come and go or even just go! I was worried at the time but now I feel lucky about the lack of symptoms as I've been able to carry on as normal. I know it's not easy but try to relax, chances are everything is fine.

Mine went around 9+2, it's my first so I did panic! They came back again after about a week later, I then had a scan at 12+2 and saw heartbeat. I think everyone is different, hoping all I well for you x

Last week I felt fine just really tired but was able to just go about life as usual with more or less no symptoms. This week however I've not managed to keep down any food or drink for more than a few hours, been totally bed bound it's been horrific, thankfully I've been off work but just shows how quickly things change. I've woken up today feeling a little brighter. I would really try and not think about it too much, I think it really just depends on people as individuals. I have friends who had no symptoms at all most of their pregnancy apart from tiredness and feeling uncomfortable towards the end. I know it's hard to turn your brain off with it all. Sending lots of love. X

Thank you for the words of reassurance Smile
FTM with one miscarriage under her belt so a bit of a worrier!
I guess I just expect the symptoms to only dip for a day, not full days on end. Especially when it’s all of them x

I had a few days around that time with no symptoms, then they came back until around 12 weeks, then had a few days without, thought I'd got through them but they came back with a vengeance until 15/16 weeks when they finally stopped.

I worried too but once I figured out that they came back I just made the most of the good days!

Yeah mine have been pretty constant so this is weird to lose all of my symptoms for this long 😬
