Nub theory on this pic?

I had my dating scan today and was confirmed to be 12+2.
I have been looking at the nub theory but wonder if the pictures don't show it clear enough. Can anyone see any different?
I will be getting a private gender scan at 16w so a while to wait yet.

Anyone?
Or am I right thinking it just isnt clear enough?

I've looked at skull theory too and wondered if anyone thought the same as I when checking out the skull theory?

My guess based on skull shape would be boy 😁 I'm 14 weeks today and counting down the days to our private gender scan at 16 weeks but I'm pretty convinced I'm having a boy as my scan pic is identical to my last son's 12 week scan pic, it's like looking at the same baby lol.
