Dyed my hair at 10 weeks 5 days help?

Hi wondering if anyone can help me I dyed my hair yesterday Being 10 weeks 5 days without thinking anything of it until someone mentioned it being unsafe? I used an amonia free dye (Garnier Olia) I had my midwife appointment a couple of days ago and she said it was fine but panicking now that I’ve done something dangerous to my baby

Hi OP, my understanding is that the only reason caution is advised with dye is that hair grows more quickly and more unpredictability when pregnant, so the results may not last long. It's not unsafe for your baby x

Unless you ate several packets of it, no, you're all good.
