Clary sage oil- how to use?

Hello

I’ve just invested in some clary sage oil as I’ve read it’s good at bringing on labor. I’ve been in early labor since Friday slowly dilating and getting on/off cramping/constructions.

Which is the best way to use this? In the bath? Massage on belly??

  • smell directly from the bottle or on gauze, cloth etc
  • use a diffuser
  • add to carrier oil and use to massage
  • add a few drops to the bath *add to carrier oil and use on acupressure points.

I've added mine to the bath as I'm in the same position as you. It's an unusual smell to say the least, don't add too much.... I made that mistake 😷😷

Just a few drops into the water.
