Hi all,

I'm looking to transfer to pregnancy yoga in the coming week (13+5 today) - can anybody recommend great online sessions? Free/reasonably priced even better :)

Hi! I’ve been using the down dog pregnancy yoga app. I was free for the first three months (this might have been a lockdown deal tho ) but then an annual subscription (which includes the barre, hit and regular yoga apps) was about £20. There’s def a free trial of some sort I think.
I like it a lot you can tailor the time of your session from anything from 10mins to over an hour and you can do boosts to the routine depending on how you feel (eg focus on flute strength, pelvic floor etc). There are also full and restorative routines so it’s very flexible. I’ve enjoyed using it.

I'd recommend Daisy Birthing. It's a mix of yoga, hypnobirthing and a labour education session. It's a six week course. I'd suggest that if you have a local class (and if you're interested) that you sign up later in your pregnancy though. I've started my third trimester and I'm really enjoying it. I'll be able to remember the techniques as it's closer to the birth now.
